- Davidgibson63 (frustrated) : Ordered a washing machine and tumble drier but my card was refused. I had just moved so I entered my old address as the billing address, still refused but their web site suggested I try again so I did, a total of 5 times before I gave up. I checked online banking to make sure I had the cash available and found that 365 had taken all 5 payments from my account leaving me massively overdrawn. I desperately phoned around trying to get the money back into my account and the only way this would happen immediately is if 365 faxed the Visa clearing company explaining the situation. 365 refused point blank to do this saying it was not there fault that their website had taken the money but refused it at the same time. Now the money has to sit in limbo for 5 days before it will time-out and be returned to my account. This is terrible customer service, I can't believe how unhelpful 365 are. 04:25, 11 February 2008 (PST)
