172 Duane Street New York 10013 Between Hudson and Greenwich Streets The cast iron arches that sit in front of the building were originally built in about 1870 and were completely restored in about 1990 when the old cheese warehouse that had previously occupied the site was completely demolished. The current 'award winning' building was then built behind the these arches and was completed in December 1993.
