Molly and Sarah have been Girl Scouts since kindergarten and are graduating high school this year. For their joint Gold Award project they organized and ran a weekend orienteering event. They focused towards introducing the sport to other Girl Scouts. As a continuation of their weekend they created a permanent course at New Hampshire Pawtuckaway State Park. Orienteering is a sport in which athletes use a precise, detailed map and a compass to find places on a previously marked course.
