Leaving a message for someone on their talk page is often the best and easiest way for one person on the wiki to communicate with another.
Leaving messages
If you are on anothers personal page you can usually hit the " talk" tab at the top of their personal page (or the "talk" link by them in the history of a page or in recent changes).
To leave a message for someone it is easiest to click "add comment" on his/her talk page, type your message, and sign your message with three tildes (~~~). Of course you can always add a message by simply editing the page and adding your message to the bottom.
Receiving messages
When an edit is made to your talk page you will be notified by your right personal box turning yellow with a message alert. Also, depending on your preferences you may also be notified by e-mail when a change is made to your talk page. Remember, you can always get back to your talk page by clicking "my talk" in your box at the top right.
