Be Bold is a wiki value that you might recognize from Wikipedia and CommmunityWiki. It's meant to encourage everyone to be bold in updating pages. It's closely to tied the AboutUs value of being a Do-ocracy. In essence, you are free to be bold because our wiki community assumes good faith about your efforts, and knows that change is cheap on a wiki.
