On behalf of the BCCPA Board of Directors we wish to update our membership and stakeholders of the operational reorganization underway at the association. BCCPA is looking at effective ways to maximize resources by conducting formal reviews of service delivery and needs of member programs and individuals. To help us with the process we have engaged a team leader, Carolyn Sinclair who has agreed to provide interim support and recommendations to the board.
