Since our inception, as artist reps, we have focused on merchandising artist's creations to a "larger audience". As Designer's Gallery and now Matcutter.com, we have arranged one and two person shows, created an Atlanta wholesale art gallery, produced our own national line of framed and matted photography, provided custom produced serigraphs and photography to the hotel industry as well as providing economical supplies to artists for their own marketing.
Matcutter.com is the combination of our knowledge of art marketing and a personal interest in computers that also started nearly 25 years ago. Our high technology takes much of the drudgery out of art marketing. These $60,000 to $100,000 machines produce mats faster, better and less expensively than we ever could produce manually. They allow concentration on the two most difficult and important functions: creating the art itself and selling it.
