Prudential Keyside Properties is a 31-year-old company that became a Prudential Real Estate Affiliate in 1990. Prudential Keyside Properties has been in the residential/ commercial real estate business and property management business since 1981. Prudential Keyside Properties is now one of the largest real estate companies in the Florida Keys, with combined 2002 sales of $165 million.
