We originally began operating in April 1996 under the name "The Sermon Source". In February 2000, Equipping Saints Ministries (ESM) was re-launched to assist and encourage pastors and church leaders. The resources you find here are freely offered as a ministry to you and your church. After serving churches across the United States for over 2 decades, I presently serve as Associate Executive Director for the Arkansas Baptist State Convention.
