- One of our specialties is the french finish shalaque which is done by hand. We also do many other finishes which were developed by Michelangelo Bonarroti. The founder of of our trade, Agostino Fallani, from Via Dei Serragli in Florence, Italy taught at Gli Artigianelli. Guido Fallani followed this tradition and later moved to Rome in 1930.
