- ACE, Inc. was established in 1998. The Founder, Ken Bergler, started doing contract work in the fields of CAD, solid modeling, CNC part programming, and Zeiss CMM programming. At this time, Carl Zeiss IMT had a need for additional support for their turnkey projects. ACE began to develop a very positive reputation with its customers. Without advertising, work increased through word of mouth and repeat business.
