Abbey Odufuwa qualified in Architecture in Ireland during the eighties. He worked for architects and engineers for several years before emabarking in a private practice with a colleague. During this partnership they were engaged in projects ranging from new developments, extensions and refurbishments. However, as Ireland experienced a downturn in the construction industries Abbey started designing furniture as another way of expressing his architectural knowledge.
