Finalize Your Changes
After you make an edit to a wiki page, you need to click the Save page button just below the edit box in order for your edits to be saved and appear on your wiki page. It is helpful to include a summary of what you edited and why in the Summary section.
In most browsers, you use your back button to get to your edits in case you forgot to save before leaving the page.
