Caterers supply food and work with a restaurant or café to provide special menus and food items. After completion of JCI, official training program at the Institute, students gain specialized knowledge and are successful in the field of catering as well as in various functions and events. Students usually work for hotels and restaurants, others run their own catering company and offer services to various clients.

Courses
 
The Institute has a three term course schedule, starting from September each year to June of the following year. Once you complete the course you’ll receive Certificate from the Technical Exams Unit accredited by The Ghana Education Services to ensure compliance with best practice.
 
JCI teaches Cookery courses to a new level. You will learn essential skills whether or not you have previous knowledge of catering. By the end of the course, you would have learnt the skills of a professional caterer and how to set up your own catering services.
 
 
 
ENROLLMENT
 
By enrolling on a course, a student has the obligation to pay tuition fees. Fees are due per term and are to be paid before the middle of the term for which they are due.
