Teen Moods was founded in the early June of 2002. Originally it was *almost* named Teen-Depression... Now what kind of name is that? So the site name was changed to Teen-Moods; Nicer name, broader meaning. Originally this was meant to be solely a community forum solely for teens with depression, but slowly stuff started happening and now its a site & forum. The goal of this site is one that is dynamic.
The teens of this time need not only a support community their can rely on, they need representation too. Teen-Moods is here for that, as we make transitions from one platform to another we vow to always represent the word of the community.
What makes this site and this community different from all others is that we care enough to help. Seriously; You can go anywhere and get cyber (((HUGS))) but you can't get guidance to help just anywhere. We are here to show people that these problematic times are transitional and you that anyone can make it through them.
