Rob Rizzuto teaches ballroom dance lessons in Greenville, SC. He is one of the most accomplished ballroom dance teachers in upstate South Carolina. His website describes the private and group lessons that he offers, the monthly dance social that he organizes, and contains pictures from some of his classes.
Rob is a natural dancer who started teaching dance lessons at the age of 12 at Fred Astaire Studios. Rob has taken part in and won many dance competitions over the years. The dances he teachs include all the Latin dances, as well as most other styles of ballroom dance. He offers beginners group lessons at Sportsclub Greenville on Monday nights and intermediate and advanced group lessons on Wednesday nights. No partner is required for these lessons. Over the next year Rob will be offering lessons in East-Coast Swing, Salsa, Cha-Cha-Cha, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Mambo, Merengue, Samba, Bolero, Rumba, Argentine Tango, Viennese Waltz, and perhaps others as well. He offers other dances in his private lessons and will even help you learn how to dance at your wedding.
Rob's classes are truly fun. Rob often goes to the Starlight Ballroom for some of their Saturday night dances, and sometimes goes to the Ashville Ballroom as well. He has taught lessons many times at USA Dance (USABDA) dances.
Rob and his girlfriend Karen host a monthly dance social at Temple of Israel Activity Center, 400 Spring Forest Road, Greenville (just off Haywood Road near East North Street). The dance social is held on the second Saturday of each month with a free dance lesson from 7:30PM - 8:00PM and then dancing from 8:00PM until 10:30PM.
