So we still haven't closed on the house yet. We were supposed to close on Novemer 18th, but there was a problem.

See, my brother ripped out the carpet in his living room, and now it's cement. Because it's cement, the house appraised at $7,000 less than what was expected and that has caused a problem with the loan.

So, we still haven't closed. Many things were depending on us closing last week, like my brother getting his apartment, etc. Meanwhile, my brother moved out of his house today because we should have closed by now.
