- Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center, Inc. (POIC), founded in 1968, is part of a network of more than 60 community-based centers across the United States providing education and job training services to educationally and economically disadvantaged youth and young adults. POIC has two core programs to serve youth ages 12 to 21; Rosemary Anderson Middle and High Schools (RAMHS) and the Diverse and Technical Programs division.
