We, Birgitt Williams and Ward Williams, co-founders of Dalar International Consultancy offer consulting, coaching/mentoring, and meeting facilitation services to those who wish to work with us, always customized to the unique needs of the client, and yet always within a holistic perspective that works with four levels of consciousness: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical consciousness. In organizational development work, the parallels to these four levels of consciousness, all rooted in the purpose of the organization, include leadership, vision, community, and management. We love our work. We have the opportunity to accompany people as they grow and become more of who they really are, we accompany people as they shift from conflicts with one another to overcoming those conflicts, we accompany people as they shift from feeling dispirited to feeling inspired, worthy, hopeful, and valued. And we observe the difference that all of this makes in how leaders are leading and how people within organizations are getting their jobs done with high efficiency, high effectiveness, and simultaneously, with joy. We like being part of a growing movement that recognizes that intangible assets are as important as tangible assets in achieving business success, recognizing that people are precious.
We offer a holistic approach to leadership development and organizational development that achieves results that some call miraculous. Using a holistic approach to business success, we assist leaders and organizations to achieve greater success while simultaneously assisting them to become a company of choice for employees to work with and commit themselves to. We do this work guided by our values, beliefs, and strategies. We believe in God and the power of Spirit. All of our work is influenced by our faith that we all live in God’s favor and we can all reach our potential.
Our clients have included all types and sizes of organizations that are striving in the marketplace for excellence and effectiveness that is sustainable and renewable. Our clients come from the private sector, government services, institutions of higher education, agencies involved in international development work, health care services, social services, churches and their governing bodies, associations, and inventors of new technologies for a better world. Sometimes we work only with the CEO or formal leader or entrepreneur, the leadership team, a single manager or management team. At other times, we work with the whole organization. Our clients want to be successful. Our clients are organizations, executives, and consultants who strive for positive, productive development to achieve organizational effectiveness.
