Author Guidelines
The journal follows Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals (http://www.icmje.org). IPEJ follows the policy of Open Access to Scientific literature. All opinions stated are exclusively that of the author(s) and need not represent the views of the editors or the publisher.
Types of Articles: The journal accepts original articles, review articles, point of view, historical review, technical series, conference announcements, summary of trials, ECG quiz, EP rounds, letters to the editor, conference reports and book review.
Original Articles: Original articles are articles reporting research work which has not been published and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The manuscript should have the following layout: Title page, Structured Abstract, Key words (3-6), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgments and References. The structured abstract should be less than 250 words and have the following sub headings: Background, Methods, Results and Conclusions. References should be numbered serially in the order in which they appear in the text. The number of references should preferably be limited to 50.
