Fisher Wrathall was formed in 1994 by the amalgamation of Michael Fisher Associates and Hodgson Wrathall (although its roots can be traced back to 1971, when the firm of Hodgson Wrathall was first established by Cedric Wrathall at 17 Princes Crescent in Bare and the Pye Wilson partnership was created by Michael Fisher and others).
Fisher Wrathall has occupied its Lancaster office at The Old Warehouse, Castle Hill for 10 years. As the name suggests, this building is a 15th / 16th Century warehouse close to Lancaster Castle. On the two upper floors, it houses both the Commercial Department and the Planning Consultancy Department, while the ground floor is occupied by the Estate Agency Department serving Lancaster and the surrounding rural areas to the south, east and north of the city.
Meanwhile, Fisher Wrathall continues in its 33rd year at its Morecambe office in Bare. This office houses the Estate Agency covering Morecambe and its surrounding areas, plus the Survey and Valuation Department, operating under the “Allied Surveyors” banner.
