GYROFILE : rotary filing system
The GYROFILE is a rotary filing system built from two back to back filing cabinets mounted on a high performance rotating frame.
A GYROFILE is a high density filing system, offering easy swift access to documents. You effectively access two times as many documents as in a conventional filing cabinet.
GYROFILES have a self-blocking hard spot, so they naturally snap into position. No cumbersome "latches" or "pedals" to trip you up - better for all applications, essential when dealing with difficult health and safety situations for handicapped persons. It locks very quickly.
Your GYROFILE can be specified in your own colours, and fitted with wood finishing best suited to your taste and environment ! You can disassemble your Gyrofile and reassemble it elsewhere easily. Robust and thoughtful engineering makes this much easier than is the case with competing products.
The GYROFILE can be installed against a wall, as a partitioning element, or panoramically lined up. It is an ideal solution for on hand and at hand filing. It is a much appreciated tool for organising working space both in open space floors and in smaller, cramped environments, where every square foot counts.
GYROCLASS : vertical filing carousel
GYROCLASS and... THE FILE COMES TO YOU, RATHER THAN YOU CHASE THE FILE.
With GYROCLASS, at the touch of a button (or better still, at the flash of a bar-code) the machine will move the appropriate shelf to the consulting bay and point to the file with a light. This makes you more efficient (Access to file in less than 20 seconds) and makes your office neater and more streamlined.
SPACE IS SAVED : overhead areas not reachable unless by an impractical ladder are now put to work. Footprint per linear meters of filing storage is minimised. Typically 40 to 70% space is saved compared to conventional solutions.
PROTECTION & CONTROL OVER ACCESS : as self-contained system, GYROCLASS allows you to lock away quickly a large amount of documents, to restrict access to authorised persons only, and to put in an efficient fire protection system if needed. GYROCLASS can also be a critical access enabler for persons with restricted mobility.
SILO : Storage and Retrieval System [ASRS] or Miniload Crane system
Where massive storage of components, parts, tools, or spares is needed, the SILO is the solution.
A compact, high density storage solution, the SILO is based upon two parallel racking structures that can be up to 10 metres high. The racks of the SILO are loaded with trays or drawers, adapted to fit the desired contents (with general purpose or bespoke dividers, slots, bins boxes…). The SILO offers a capacity that is quite substantial, to be measured often in hundreds of cubic metres. By making full use of available height, this solution makes much more efficient use of floor areas than traditional shelving systems.
The SILO is a robotic filing solution : a carriage on board a crane runs down the central corridor and retrieves the requested drawer and brings it to a workstation (there may be several). Picking thus is made much more efficient, and the number of operators required to do a given number of picks (or loads) a day is substantially lessened.
The SILO is a computerised solution: hence errors, missing items, and other incidents are sharply curtailed, and traceability of transactions can be made integral. This improves quality and productivity of warehousing or order preparation services.
The SILO is a securitised, environment-controlled solution : as imposed by a specification to be agreed upon with the user, it is possible to include humidity and temperature control, and obviously also a system to make storage fireproof.
LIFT : Storage Tower
The Tower Storage LIFT is Storage Racking with a robot-driven carriage.
Between two storage volumes in tray-carrying racking, a carriage travels, extracting the trays, bringing them to a workstation, by the order of the operator, relayed by computer.
Automated storage of this sort carries many advantages :

With a TITAN VERTICAL CARROUSEL, at the touch of a button (or better still, at the flash of a bar-code) the machine will move the appropriate shelf to the consulting bay and point to the appropriate bin or compartment with a light. This makes your operator more efficient (Access to parts in a matter of seconds) and makes your warehouse or stores neater and more streamlined.

The SUPPLY POINT tool vendor is made out of an automatic cupboard and of a tool Management software.
