- So the move went pretty well. Under two hours to load the truck in StL and just over two hours to unload it in KC. Thanks to Maria, Tracy, Amy, Romine, Ed, Buck, and Aaron for all the help! A special thanks to Mr. Lenon and Scott for braving the heat of the truck to help fill space with boxes. Who knew that a 26′ truck would just barely fit everything Susie and I own? Well, I did… which is why Susie and I had a disagreement as to the size of the truck… in the end, Susie was wrong, but right… her insistance on a 24′ truck got us a 26′ truck at the 24′ price… not too shabby.
