Trevor Cleveland, O.D.

Dr. Cleveland received his Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in Chemistry in 1994 at Bemidji State University in Bemidji, Minnesota. He received his Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pacific University, Forest Grove Oregon in 1998. Dr. Cleveland served as the president of the Student Optometric Association while at Pacific University and is currently active on the Oregon Optometric Physicians Association legislative committee. He was married in 1999 to Andrea and they have two sons; Carson, born in December, 2002 and Charlie, born in June, 2005. Dr. Cleveland enjoys skiing, fishing, hiking, and is an avid Minnesota Vikings fan.
