Pacifica Escrow was formed in 1982 by Rose Marie Robillard. Cardinal Escrow was established in May of 1988 by Nancy Glass and P.J. Bremer. In May of 1995 Nancy and P. J. joined forces with Rose Marie to create Cardinal Pacific Escrow. This merger involved the two top independent escrow offices in Long Beach and has proven to be very successful. Cardinal Pacific Escrow now handles more than half of Long Beach local sales transactions as reported to the Pacific West Association of Realtors.
