INTRODUCTIONThis organization was formed June of 1986 as a not-for-profit Ohio organization. The Association joined the Ohio Real Estate Investors Association (OREIA) State Association in 1987 and joined National Real Estate Investors Association (NaREIA) shortly after its inception. The organization has grown to over 200 members.
