- Welcome to 2393 Park Place
- 2393 Park Place Condominium Homes are located on the historic site of the Leadbetter House built in l891 at the entrance to Washington Park . In the early 50's the house was donated to the Oregon Historical Society who attempted to keep it open as a tourist destination. The high cost of maintaining this elegant dwelling forced OHS to sell the house to the Hoffman Construction Family. They then tore it down and built a 3 story, 35 unit apartment building in l959. In l975 the apartments were converted to condominiums and remain as such to this day.
