All active BCBSM employees with 15 or more years of service, and all retirees. How do I join the 15 Plus Club? Easy! Send an email to the club's membership chairperson (click on the Contact tab for contact information). As an active employee, once you've paid your annual dues, you're in. If ou're a retiree, you're atuomatiically "in", but have a choice: pay the dues and have voting rights; don't pay the dues and don't have voting rights.
